Our puppy health guarantees
We take the best possible care of our puppies in every way. From the very beginning, our health-tested parents have quality food, supplements, and veterinary care.
Once puppies are born, they are regularly de-wormed, vaxxed on-schedule, and live in a well-maintained “puppy room” in our home. They are well-socialized with our large family and monitored for any signs of illness right up until their 7-week vet check.
We limit exposure, as much we can, to parasites in the outdoor environment that would cause common puppy intestinal problems. However, it’s nearly impossible to have a 100% success rate in eliminating every potential puppy problem.
If, on your puppy’s first home vet-check, there should be any unexpected diagnosis (such as giardia, ear infection, etc)., Carrier Family Doodles will reimburse you for the cost of treatment (not including the cost of the vet visit itself).
Should there be any significant genetic or health issue immediately determined by your vet, our warranty would allow you to exchange for a new puppy (if one is available), get on a wait list for a puppy from a future litter, or receive a full refund. (This has never happened, and we don’t expect that it will, but our warranty does allow for such an event.)
Our 2-year genetic health guarantee will reimburse you for the treatment of any vet-diagnosed genetic condition that is included on our puppy parents’ standard genetic panel, up to the purchase price of your puppy. You can read more about our health guarantees on our policies page.

We are here to answer all your questions before you select your puppy, to provide ongoing communication through phone/text, messaging, email, and video/video chat, and to provide support after go-home day.
We are happy to provide you with photos of previous puppies (both puppy and adult) or to connect you with previous customers. (It can it add a level of confidence to talk to others who have done it before you, particularly for those who choose the flight option with their puppies.)
