By filling out the forms below you are placing a reservation on your preferred Mountain Doodle puppy. Puppy reservation deposits are $500. Once you have selected a puppy, deposits become non-refundable. (Although we do make reasonable allowances for situations outside your control). Read our full policies here.

Once you have completed the above form, click PAY NOW to be redirected to our secure payment processor, Stripe. There, you have the option of paying with a credit or debit card. Simply complete the checkout process, and you’re well on your way to reserving your puppy.

Once we confirm receipt of your form and deposit payment, we will send out an email with our usual follow-up paperwork and information. Occasionally our business email gets routed to spam, so check there if you don’t see us in your inbox shortly after submitting your reservation.
